With the dough recipe’s roots dating back to ancient Roman Empire times, the new Pinsa Romana is an evolution of pizza recreated from an old traditional family recipe incorporating modern techniques. Delicious & Healthy

Beginning with the flour, PINSA ROMANA EXPERT contains premium quality of soy flour, rice flour, wheat flour, dry natural aroma. One of the secrets to this mix is the dried sourdough. The dried sourdough is an old recipe from di Marco’s family that they have been using in their bakery business for over 100 years that’s been passed down from generation to generation.

Simple Ingredients

Pinsa Romana dough maintains 75% water. We mix a precise ratio of flour with water, EVO, salt and yeast and maintain strict temperature controls.

the Pinsa Dough Process

The dough maturation is 72 hours, during this process enzymes and yeast work together to transform complex sugar into simple sugar which makes it highly digestible.

A Perfect Crust

After baking at high temperatures, this process creates a perfect Pinsa Romana crust that is crunchy, fluffy, light, and aromatic.
